вошел только патч patch-src::drwebd-mail.patch

вошел он в exiscan-acl-4.41-26, который тут же после выхода exim 4.42 и 
мелких переделок стал exiscan-acl-4.42-27

header_pos_top" option introduced in version -25.

I'm including the -26 changelog as well, since I did not announce it yet:
